Apples

Just now preparing my apple. I have a ritual of cutting it up into many super tiny pieces and then I eat one little piece at a time. Not sure why I do this, but it seems to make it easier to eat. Does anyone else have similar things they do with food? I have Bern super successful at sticking to under 500 calories per day all week. I have dropped 11 pounds since last Monday. Hurray :) :)

I do that with anything I eat. Always cut it into as many pieces as I can so it feels like I eat more (so my body thinks I had a big meal), to have other people think I eat more, and to allow myself to eat slower there for notice I'm full faster so I don't eat everything if not needed.

Gratz on staying to your limits! I'm doing something similar, the ABC diet. GL to ya!

I pull samwhiches apart =\ And if i have a meal i eat the veg first then the spuds/pasta and then the meat =\ iv done that since i was about 2!
